Initially focused on manufacturing portable media players and data storage devices, Archos has expanded its product range to include tablets and smartphones. The company has also produced devices for other brands. Archos smartphones typically run on the Android operating system, although it has also developed Android tablets and devices running Windows. One of Archos’s recent mobile releases is the Sense 47X.
